ABOUT THE N1M SCHOLARSHIP INTERVENTION
The One Million naira Scholarship Intervention is a joint project of BLAZE- RCCG OYO 12 YAYA (Young Adults and Youths Affairs) and REOL Events Centre envisioned to impact the education sector of the nation and church through the empowerment of 10 undergraduate students in RCCG OYO 12 YAYA.
The maiden edition of the N1M Scholarship Intervention is broken down into 5-phases implementation period projected to span from June-September, 2021.
Ten(10) finalists will emerge after the entire process and will win a N100,000 (One hundred thousand naira) scholarship
Partnership Summary
Reol Events Center is the preferred event place in Ibadan with a hard-earned reputation for the provision of excellent event facilities.
BLAZE is the Young Adults and Youth Affairs platform of the RCCG (Redeemed Christian Church of God) OYO 12 province with over 88 thriving Youth Fellowship bodies and more than a dozen functional offices and departments.
Implementation Summary:
Phase 1: Application
Platform: Online
- Applicant must be a Youth or Young Adult in any of the RCCG OYO 12 parishes.
- Applicant must be a bona fide student of a Tertiary Institution in Nigeria.
- Phase 1 Application has two Sections; Section 1 (online) and Section 2(offline)
- Phase 1 Application (Both online & offline) runs from June 30th-July 18th, 2021
All Information/documents provided in this phase must be valid and verifiable - After short listing, judges’ decision must be treated as credible and indubitable. All questions thereafter should be directed to blazeoyo@gmail.com
Phase 2: APTITUDE TEST
Platform: Onsite
– Candidates shortlisted from Phase 1 will write a 50-question Aptitude Test to qualify for the next phase (date and other details to be updated)
Phase 3 & 4: Final Verification and Screening
Platform: Onsite
– Successful applicants from phase 2 shall undergo a final phase of screening (date and details to be updated)
Phase 5: Grand Finale and Scholarship Presentation
Onsite
– 10 finalists shall be invited to the Grand Finale and Scholarship Presentation of N100,000 (One hundred thousand naira) each (date and details to be updated)
